Tied To The Steak is BACK!

And so am I. Gone are the vegetarian days.

We will be eating steak! It won't be as dramatic as "the search for the ultimate" but hey, I'm now again into red meat in all its forms! Welcome back!

I must say I ordered a american kobe waygu tenderloin the other day from texasfoods.net and cut it myself.. It was half as expensive as ordering from a cut place it it was phenomenal.. It was about 8 pounds and cost me around $430 but i cut and ate almost the entire thing.. it was incredible.. great texture and about as tasty as you can get.. i cut it with a butter knife.. I have to say i am a new fan of kobe beef..

Glad you've entered the land of omnivores once again! Remember you don't have to spend $40/lb to get a great steak...Look for a bone in ribeye steak perhaps certified angus with a good amount of marbling and it will be divine!
